  2. Saas lete hue dono haatho ko kaano se lagate hue upar ki or khinche aur kamar ko pichhe ki or jhukaye. Gardan aur hands ko bhi peechhe ki taraf jhukaye
  3. Saas ko dhire-dhire bahar nikalte hue aage ki taraf jhukiye aur haath ko gardan (neck) ke saath kaano (ear) se lagate hue ghutne (knees) sidhe rakhte hue pairon (feet) ki aas pass ki jameen ko chhue, kuch samay ke liye usi position me rahe.
  4. Isi position me haatho ko jameen par tikakar saas lete hue dahine pair (foot) ko pichhe ki taraf le jaye. Uske baad sine (chest) ko phulate hue gardan (neck) ko upar uthaye.
  5. Saas ko dhire-dhire body se bahar nikalte hue left leg ko bahar ki taraf nikaliye. Dono pairo ki ediya aapas me mili honi chahiye. Body ko picche ki taraf khichiye aur ediyo ko jameen par milakar gardan ko jhukaye.
